Drinking water not provided. Guest to bring their own shower cap. Extra pillow cost RM 3.00. Guest to pay RM 20 deposit for remote control which refundable upon checking out. Room is small but clean. Suitable for one night stay ONLY and not recommended for family with small kids.

Good location with nice hotel room

the size of the room is not very big, but i like the design, simple but perfect, its my favorite..there are many restaurant nearby, papparich was at downstairs and oldtown was opposite, not a problem for your meals.. the service is nice in the hotel yet the staff are polite when we have requests.. overall, i like this hotel so much, it will be my first choice for my next travel...

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
surrounded by lots of restaurants, some mini-markets, near to International Islamic University Malaysia, only about 10minutes going by taxi.

The size of the room is good, the staffs are very nice, price is also affordable. It is recommended for family of IIUM students to stay at this hotel.

the hotel was your basic hotel, nothing fancy. rooms were small, with ac and bathroom. not the comfiest hotel but clean and simple. the hotel is within walking distance to the caves, but you can visit the caves as a day trip from kuala so there's no need to stay over night.

Great location but very noisy

It was clean however during my stay it was so noisy at the midnight there are peoples shouting and chatting out loud. We did not get a very good sleep at the first night. The management did not take any action on this. So i hope the hotel can put some notice inside the rooms not to make noise during midnight. This cause other customer can't get a good sleep. Others than that, there are a lot of restaurant around that area.
