Could be more productive and unnecessary inconvenient customers
I asked upon check-in and was told that my rom access cards have been revalidated for late check-out before 2pm when the usual time is 12 noon. I return to the hotel and found that my room access card could not activate the lift but still the lift's door closed and the lift indicator light showed it has had stopped a the level to my room but the lift door did not open until I pressed the open button. I went to my room door and found the access card could not grant me access to my room and I had to queue. I decided to approach the concierge and was told to approach the check-in counter and a while later the lady at the counter asked whether I needed to revalidated my room access card and she did. I told her my access card were validated for 2pm check-out but she did not answered me and I left disgusted.

Smelly room, took 1 hour to change room
Staff was not communicating after requesting the room change. More then hour 2 staff with 4 phone calls made room change. Swimming pool close for vip security ( should notice in the reservation. Check in desk staff not even greeting or welcome when I arrived. Worst 5 star hotel experience
