Solo Chile, 27 de julio de 2012	Buenas instalaciones, comodo, CERO ingles Muy buenas instlaciones y acceso playa 8,7 Tiene muy buenas instalaciones piscinas, desyuno bastante decente, comodaa piezas, en gereal buena atencio con excepcion de que no hablan nada de ingles, con suerte dos personas del staff hablan ingles es una locura en ese aspecto. La ubicacion es comoda, cerda del aeropuerto y con moviliacion al alcance, pero es lejos del centro, depende de lo que busquen. Excelente acceso a la playa con dector habilitado por el hotel

El equipo del hotel fué amable pero la recepcion del hotel se encuentra alejada del lobby de entrada al complejo. Las maletas tardaron media hora en llegar a la habitación y hubo que reclamarlas, también se retrasaron al hacer el check out. En general bien pero depende mucho del precio que varía mucho en función de la ocupación. Consejos: restaurantes: Restaurante Fernando, gerenciado por auténticos portugueses (de los pocos que quedan en la isla) y que se encuentra en la misma isla que el hotel.

Comfort, Price, Cleanliness 9,3 Our stay here was so enjoyable that we were checking out the rates to fly to Macau on the very first night of our trip. We had a free upgrade to a suite as they did not have enough rooms and there was 24/7 butler service on our level. the mini bar was well equipped and free of charge. bathroom was so awesome; one could take a bubble bath and watch tv at the same time! room and bed super spacious.staff were efficient and made us feel at home. the place is self sustainable like many hotels in macau, and has shuttle buses to almost everywhere and we hardly cabbed.

Mini bar is free also (except the refills). Huge pool with real beach sands :)
Linny L. Solo Indonesia, 10 de mayo de 2013	Nice Hotel with Casino Inside Room Cleanliness, Lux Interior Design, Superb Bathroom 9 I only had one night two days stay at Galaxy Macau. The queue before check in was so long, also I never knew before that the hotel asked for 2000 HKD/MOP for deposit, so be prepared. It can be cash or credit card transaction, but the receptionist promised to give it back after two weeks, I was using credit card. For room itself, the room is very large with very complete bathroom attached. You won't get the same price for the room in another country, such as in Singapore. Hotel also provides shops and casinos. Don't forget to use their free shuttle bus, wherever you want to go, to airport, to China border gate, to San Ma Lo, to City of Dreams, etc. The only minus perhaps they don't provide the bus to Macau Tower, where I had dinner with my family at the only night I stayed in Macau. Overall, you won't get disappointed to stay at this hotel!
