muy correcto y recomendable.
el hotel te da mucha independencia ya que la entrada es directa sin pasar por recepción. el servicio de desayuno es hasta las 10 de la mañana por lo que no es necesario levantarse demasiado tarde.
la zona en que está el hotel es a mitad de camino entre el aeropuerto y el centro de la ciudad.
existen bancos en los alrededores para realizar el cambio de moneda.

EL HOTEL NOS RESULTO COMODO Y ACOGEDOR, EL PERSONAL ERA AMABLE PERO TENIAN POCO DOINIO DEL INLGES, POR LO QUE NOS FUE DIFICIL HACERNOS ENTERDER. NO DISPONIAN DE MAPAS DE LA CUIDAD NI SUPIERON ORIENTARNOS HACIA EL CENTRO COMERCIAL MAS CERCANO.
EL DESAYUNO TIPO BUFFET ERA BUENO.
NO PUDIMOS DISFRUTAR DE LAS VISTAS DEL BAR DE LA 21ª PLANTA POR ENCONTRARSE CERRADO EN TODO MOMENTO DEBIDO A LA LLUVIA.
EL SERVICIO DE PLANCHA FUE DEFICIENTE, TENIENDO QUE PEDIR UNA PLANCHA A LA HABITACIONPARA PODER TENER LA ROPA ADECUADAMENTE PLANCHADA. EL SERVICIO DE PLANCHA NOS RESULTO CARO.

Overall satisfactory experience
Close proximity to shopping mall Ciputra World; many F&B outlets in its surrounding and spacious layout for 2 room apt I stayed in.

Overall satisfactory although there are some disappointments that I with to highlight. We stayed in this serviced apt because we wanted a home environment for our toddler. The apt is not equipped with washing machine or dryer. Kitchen is nice but only for show. There is no basic utensils or cutlery sets that we can use for cooking. Housekeeping service is poor as toilets are not clean thoroughly with strands of hair visibly all over the floor.

I only ended up staying for the one night as had to leave earlier than expected, however the room was sensational and the rooftop bar superb for an evening drink with a view. The staff were very friendly and the service excellent. I would happily stay there again and recommend so to anyone else.
