En pareja France, 26 de abril de 2011	horrible!!! ni se os ocurra ir a este hotel sucio, viejo, y desayuno pesimo 3 no os aconsejo para nada este hotel.estuvimos por suerte 1 noche pero la habitación superior es de lo peor (sucia, vieja, olía muy mal!!).la gente del hotel tampoco es muy amable.el hotel esta bien ubicado pero de verdad que por el precio es un engaño!

El personal bueno y la piscina hasta demasiado para ese hotel.. Consejos de viajes: No cambiar plata en los cambios q no sean los oficiales, todos te estafan pero realmente deben de haber estudiado magia, porque aunque uno lo cuente y este muy atento, te roban..y la diferencia de precio con los oficiales es minima

There are several hidden charges and a general lack of service. When booking this hotel they add on a charge for airport transfer, whether you ask for it or not and refuse to refund the charge if it is not needed. They also would not allow us to speak to a manager or owner about our issues. We have stayed in many budget hotels before and never come across this before. The TV's don't work either and wifi is only available in the lobby. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired. Consejos sobre el hotel: stay away!

Solo United Kingdom, 16 de enero de 2013	Quiet hotel in the center of Kuta Quiet, central, good security 6,7 at first glance i thought i had made a mistake as the place looks a little run down, but my room had been renovated, was clean and cool. the bathroom still needed work but was adequate. there was building work going on but didn't cause any disturbance. tv was provided, but no in room kettle. a basic breakfast was included, but extras were available at low cost. the pool is large and maintained well. staff satisfactory. A good stay for anyone on a budget, and surprisingly quiet.
